Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping and Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days and exchanged within 30 days if they are not damaged or worn.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping charges.
Production & Delivery Terms
Each gold and diamond piece is made to order and requires up to 14 business days for production and shipping. Since these are custom-made items, they are not kept in stock and are crafted especially for you.
Please note that returns and refunds are not available for gold and diamond products due to their personalized nature.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Additionally, jewelry items that have been used or damaged are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
